Robert Zukowski - As President and Founder of Custom Sleep Design, Bob knew that Talalay Latex was the perfect material to create a customized sleep surface. Utilizing his 14 years of experience in the foam industry, eight of which were with Latex International, he developed a proprietary process to evaluate an individual's unique body characteristics to create the perfect sleep surface. Bob is a graduate of Providence College and the University of New Haven where he received his MBA degree.

Bernie Pasierb - Our Chief Executive Officer, has 30 years experience as founder and CEO of high growth service businesses in credit card banking and consumer financial services. He has a proven track record in P&L management, marketing, finance, operations and new business development. He graduated with a BS from West Point and has an MBA from the University of Utah.

Richard Coffey - Dick has 30 years of experience in the latex foam business working with his father, William Coffey, founder of Latex International. Dick is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University, and the University of New Haven where he received an Executive MBA degree. All fabrication and shipping operations are managed by Dick at his facility in Hamden, CT.

Mary Pasierb - Mary is a native of Seattle, WA who moved east to attend Colby College in Maine. After graduating with her BA in English, she was hired by NBC in New York as a Writer/Producer in the advertising department. Her primary focus was Dateline NBC, The Today Show and CNBC. Mary has been integral in the design and implementation of our design center in Westport, CT and is heavily involved in the marketing, advertising and branding of our product.

Caroline Coffey - Design Consultant. Utilizing her experience as a retail sales associate, and her lifelong knowledge of Talalay latex, she will review mattress designs to ensure density recommendations are appropriate for the customer. Caroline is a graduate of Salve Regina University where she earned her degree in English.
